However, I did find a video series on him making portraits using gradient mesh on. They use the older step blending technique, but he still teaches some helpful and interesting things in these videos. However, the portrait he makes in these videos do not use mesh. He has some helpful youtube videos on making portraits in Illustrator. Then I also learned online from a gentleman by the name of David Pounds. They have a page with links to a lot of helpful tuts on gradient mesh here. You can just search "gradient mesh" on the site and get a ton of great tuts. Not just mesh stuff, they have tons of great art tuts for Illustrator and Photoshop. I have done a lot of tutorials and learned a lot from Envatotuts+ (). I will share tutorials here that really helped me when I was learning gradient mesh, and I am sure there is a lot more for me to learn in the future. I feel like I don't even deserve it really but I'll take it. I am totally blown away by the support I've gotten from you all.
